Welcome to J&J Cards. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to J&J Cards. J&J Cards operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide customers with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

J&J Cards sells trading cards, sealed trading card products, collectibles, and related merchandise.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. However, colors, appearance, and other visual characteristics may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting, photography, or other factors.

Trading Card Condition

Trading cards may have natural manufacturing variations and minor imperfections. Condition classifications such as Near Mint represent our reasonable assessment of the card at the time it is listed and do not constitute a guarantee that a card will receive any particular grade from PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other third-party grading service.

Where photographs of the actual card are provided, customers should review those photographs carefully before purchasing.

Sealed Products

Sealed products may occasionally have minor cosmetic imperfections to their exterior packaging resulting from manufacturing, distribution, storage, or shipping. Unless otherwise stated, such cosmetic imperfections do not necessarily indicate damage to the contents.

Opened or unsealed trading card products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe there has been a pricing error, inventory error, payment issue, suspected fraud, or other problem with the transaction.

An order is not considered accepted until it has been successfully processed and confirmed by us.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Trading card and collectible prices can fluctuate rapidly. Changes in market value after an order is placed are not grounds for cancellation, return, refund, or price adjustment.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING

Product prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply to an order.

Trading cards and collectibles are market-based products, and prices may increase or decrease over time. We do not guarantee that current prices will match previous or future prices on our store or any third-party marketplace.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, data-entry, marketplace synchronization, or other error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, operational disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Tracking information will be provided when available for the selected shipping method.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The J&J Cards name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, and other original content created by or for J&J Cards are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Product names, characters, artwork, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with products sold through our store may belong to their respective rights holders.

ONE PIECE CARD GAME and related names, characters, artwork, and trademarks are the property of their respective rights holders. J&J Cards does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property displayed solely for purposes of identifying, describing, or selling authentic products.

Unless otherwise permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit our original website content without prior written permission.

J&J Cards is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and J&J Cards.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for sales transactions between you and J&J Cards, including claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from products or services purchased from J&J Cards.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from or related to purchases and transactions made directly with J&J Cards.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when information is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

If an affected order has already been paid and is canceled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.
